Title: Salmonella Chicken Chop Suey

1-1/2 to 2 lbs chicken, 8 oz. chopped celery
8 oz. bok choy, one whole onion, chopped...
1/2 head napa cabbage, two (not one) cups
of chicken broth and 2 tbsp corn starch.
(Forgot the 4 oz bean sprouts) Season to taste.
